We only stock products where we believe that the liquid is the best value of its kind on the market, and deserve their position on a bar or a drinks cabinet. We have producers that match our passion, and we collectively do what we can to minimise the impact that our industry has on the planet. We enjoy drinking with our friends, responsibly.
Nick has worked across many industry sectors, mainly within hospitality, and never happier than when immersed in alcohol - whether behind a bar, negotiating supply deals for an international hotel chain, or discovering new facts about how distillers achieve their craft. Before creating Identity Drinks Brands, Nick set up and ran one of the leading spirits and beer wholesale operations in the UK, moving his focus to brand development in 2010 where he hosted such international superstars as Alexandre Gabriel, Dan Aykroyd and the outspoken Paul McFadyen, where his love affair for marketing premium drinks was well and truly cemented.
Jaye is a consumate networker, always looking for new ways to engage consumers with our brands. Single minded and always on message - drink our drinks, they are the best you can buy, Jaye is at home in a bar as she is a boardroom. Having cut her teeth as marketing director for Funkin fruit purees, Jaye has a detailed knowledge of marketing to the drinks trade and consumer, ensuring that every brand has a purpose, and every customer has an experience.
Paul has an infectuous smile, a glint in his eye and rum in his blood, which more often than not leads to an expected but thrilling evening drinking and learning about Plantation Rum. Not limited to rum, as Brand Ambassador for Maison Ferrand, Paul gets to talk about, develop & drink some of the most exciting spirits in the world, including Citadelle Gin and Pierre Ferrand Cognac & Dry Curacao. He also gets to work with Alexandre Gabriel and Matt Gouze, of Ferrand, both of whom are as passionate and knowledgeable as Paul.
