BRUXO X
ESPADÍN BARRIL

This handcrafted Joven mezcal was made from an ensemble of Espadin and Barril Agave using traditional production methods. The agave is slow-cooked in an earthen pit and crushed with a tahona, before it's left to ferment naturally. Bruxo* X was distilled twice through copper pot stills and bottled at 40% ABV.

*This means ‘wizard’ in English, as this is a magical mezcal...

ESPADÍN

Aged 7-8 years before harvesting, this 100% Espadin mezcal is exquisite. The slow cook method of agave, transforms to a soft, creamy smoked and tropical fruit flavoured finish.

PECHUGA

A blend of 80% Barril and 20% Espadin, with a roasted maguey heart infused into the spirit to intensify the agave notes. Beautiful smoky flavour, with notes of classic bee honey, chocolate, spice, thyme, earl grey tea and slight lavender finish

BARRIL

Made using 12-15 year old Barrel agave and absolutely delicious served with oysters. The Barril offers a fruity, buttery, earthy flavour with a hint of golden syrup and Jamaican ginger cake.

BLEND

A very unique blend of Cuiche, Espadin and Barril maguey and one of the most talked about mezcals in the range. Some sensual notes of vanilla and creaminess, make way for a long finish that delivers earthy, olive, pepper and tropical fruit flavours.

TOBALA

Tobala is a very special agave that is smaller, broader leafed and is typically sweeter. This delicate mezcal starts off smooth and smoky, then makes way for flavours of cashew nuts, paprika spice.
