STIGGINS’ FANCY PINEAPPLE 

The rinds of Queen Victoria pineapples are infused with Planteray 3 Stars white rum for one week and then pot distilled. Separately we infuse the flesh of these pineapples in Planteray Original Dark rum for 3 months, before blending with the 3 Star distillation.

On the nose, the pineapple aromas leap out of the glass, underpinned by robust caramel and molasses rum character. The rum has a deep texture with light peppered spices backed by a pleasing bitterness and roasted pineapple character. The finish is all pineapple and incredible warmth.

Straight from Barbados, this coconut-infused rum is now available in very limited supply in the UK. Ripe coconuts are harvested, cracked open and laid outside to naturally dry.The dried chuncks of coconut are infused in a blend of Barbados column still rum and pot still rums. The fruit infusion is then blended with Barbados rum aged up to 3 years old.

The exquisite marriage of two icons of the Caribbean offers a perfect ratio: one coconut per liter of rum.

An unprecedented story of a rum created by created by Planteray’s Rum Master Alexandre Gabriel with Jeff “Beachbum” Berry, Martin Cate, Paul McFadyen, Paul McGee, 

Scotty Schuder and long-time collaborator, David Wondrich. Together they came up with this blend of Guyana, Jamaica and Barbados rums, that deliver a rich, red mahogany colour, with intense and precise coffee, orange, plum, jam and truffles in the nose. The taste bursts with caramel cream, chocolate and vanilla, continuing with cinnamon, raisons, nutmeg, oak and molasses with smoky accents.

From the pristine lagoons to the lush jungles, Planteray Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands. 

This delicious rum is made using traditional techniques and local Fijian sugar cane. First aged in this tropical climate in bourbon casks, the rum is then sailed to the southwest of France for a second maturation in French oak casks.

This double ageing method paired with Fijian know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruits and raisin.
