50ml Platation Isle of Fiji
75ml Ginger Liquor
75ml Pineapple Juice
50ml Champagne
Shake Ginger liquor and pineapple juice, Strain and pour over ice, Add Plantation Rum and top with champgne. Add a twist of lemon and sit back and relax.
