Canerock is a crafted according to traditional methods, using a blend of pot and column still rums from the famous Long Pond & Clarendon distilleries.

It took the experts at Maison Ferrand 3 years and over 90 recipes to find the best combination of ingredients to make this perfect spiced rum. Canerock is infused with carefully selected natural spices, as opposed to the synthetic flavours found in some rums.

We use coconuts from the Caribbean, ginger from Jamaica and vanilla beans from Madagascar, to create this exceptional sipping and mixing spiced rum.
